The house consists of two floors, the high ground floor and the first floor.
On the ground floor of the house there is a cozy living / dining room with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with separate beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. From the living area you have access to a smaller 4m² terrace. In the living area there is a sofa bed for two people.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
An internal staircase leads from the ground floor to the first floor.
The first floor consists of a separate living room with access to the 18m² balcony with sea view, two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms.
There is also a second fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. From this kitchen you can go to the 30m² terrace which is located behind the house. This terrace is particularly pleasant in the afternoon.
Air conditioning is located in the living room on the first floor and the second on the ground floor.
Wifi, satellite TV, 2 air conditioners, 2 dishwashers, 2 washing machines, 2 microwaves, 1 grill, 1 cot and high chair on request and two parking spaces are available. One parking space is in the garage of the house and the second in front of the garage.
