A view of the facade of modern villa Allegra tells a story about the perfect harmony of wood and stone, discretely combining a beautiful, modern and stylish image. Swimming pool area is surrounded by green lawn, with comfortable wooden deck chairs, barbecue and outdoor dining in the deep shade, a perfect stay in the warm summer days. Equally impressive is the interior of the villa - “love at first sight” with modern furniture signed by Italian designers, dominated by details tailored to make each room original and unique. Large and well equipped kitchen with dining room and especially carefully decorated living room, all connected in one harmonious area, but all with mandatory zones of intimacy. The ground floor has one bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs we find the master bedroom - very spacious, an oasis of peace that has its own airy terrace with a private staircase that leads directly to the swimming pool and sun deck area. Suitable large bathroom radiates an atmosphere of luxurious wellness, equipped with glass-enclosed shower and a comfortable bath of original shape . On the first floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom.
