Grounds

Wonderful landscaped garden with lawned terraces all adding to the magical views of Camogli and the coast north of Portofino. The private swimming pool, infinity-edge and gated swimming pool, 15 x 5 meters/50 x 16 feet, is set on a lower terrace and attached to it a Jacuzzi 2 x 2 meters/ 6.5 x 6.5 feet. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi can be heated. Pool area is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas for shade. From the terrace below the swimming pool you access the Spa area with sauna, steam room, changing room, shower room and a WC. Separate small gym. There is also a ping pong table, table football, swings and a trampoline on a terrace in the garden.

Assistance

Assistance is provided by the property's caretaker, who speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian and lives in a separate wing in the basement with an independent entrance and garden. She does a fantastic job managing the house as preparing on request breakfast, lunch and dinner. Her husband is the gardener responsible for the spectacular garden. Pool details

On a lower terrace, 20 meters from the main house. The private heated, infinity-edge and gated swimming pool, 15 x 5 meters/50 x 16 feet, and variable depth from 1 to 2 meters and built-in steps for entry/exit, is attached to a heated Jacuzzi 2 x 2 meters/ 6.5 x 6.5 feet. Pool can be covered to maintain water warm and for security.

Pool notes

The swimming pool heating system runs on electricity and depending on atmospheric conditions, heating will cost approximately Euro 80 per day; this is purely an indication and may vary.

Amenities for children

One cot/crib. One highchair. Ping pong, table tennis, trampoline and swings in the garden.

Pet friendly villa

Dogs are allowed but they cannot go on the front lawn.
Tuscany Now & More Ltd. must be aware of your pet (size, weight etc) in advance of your arrival so that appropriate arrangements can be made. A €200 non-refundable cleaning fee may be charged upon arrival. Additional charges for damage may be assessed. Pets are not permitted on any furniture, nor in the pool. Guests are responsible for pet waste clean inside the villa and throughout the property grounds
